JULIAN L. LEVEY, after being duly sworn by the Minute Clerk, testified as follows:
EXAMINATION BY MR. DYMOND:
Q. Are you the official court reporter in this Court?
A. Yes, I am.
Q. I show you an exhibit which I am marking for identification at this time, D-21, which purports to be a transcript and reproduction of the material which has just been reproduced in this Court, which represents an interview by Perry Raymond Russo and one Jim Kemp in Baton Rouge on television on February 24th, 1967, and I ask you whether you followed that copy from the transcription of this recording, and does it represent a faithful transcription?
A. Yes, it does. They have a few additions, such as when it says, "So, I said before that," and they had the word, "And so I said." It was additions such as that.
Q. Have you made corrections on these minor variations?
A. Yes.
Q. Which corrections, of course, will appear in your transcript, is that right?
A. Yes.
MR. DYMOND:
I tender the witness.
MR. WARD:
No questions.
JUDGE BAGERT:
Step down.
MR. DYMOND:
At this time we would like to offer and file into evidence the exhibit marked for identification as D-21.
MR. WARD:
No objections.
JUDGE BAGERT:
I think at this time we will take a little recess.
